The quintessential monthly practice lockout for musicians in LA! This place is secure - so you’ll never have to worry about your gear - and very low drama. The staff is very friendly, and as long as you pay your rent, you won’t have any issues whatsoever. Musicians - especially drummers - this place is invaluable!

Downtown Rehearsal Studio is a hidden gem for musicians in the heart of the city. Whether you're a band or a solo artist, Downtown Rehearsal Studio offers an ideal space to hone your craft and prepare for performances. I highly recommend this studio for its excellent facilities and outstanding service.

Awesome rehearsal space with a big parking lot and lots of rooms. Highly recommend, although getting to Boyle Heights from just about anywhere is awful during rush hour, though I guess that's not unique. Our room has a really nice view of the downtown skyline and the freight trains that go by. It's an awesome place to just jam or hang out, as well as to rehearse.

My band rents this hourly about once a week and we never really have issues with equipment or anything. It’s a secure building with security and locked doors. There’s an elevator as well as a lift for extra large equipment. The parking lot has like 50 spots so that’s great for a ska band with a dozen people haha
