I have been renting at Gemini Studios for several years now and I can without a doubt say it's the best 24 hour lockout space in Southern California. The space is very clean and well maintained. The bathrooms are furnished and vending machine is always stocked. The security system is top notch and is guaranteed to keep your gear safe. The owner is extremely nice and easy to get a hold of. Affordable prices at a great locaion. Highly recommend anyone rent here.

I’ve been renting at Gemini for about a year and a half now and I can say with great confidence that this is the best practice/lockout space I’ve ever had the pleasure of using. It is equip with an intensive security system so your gear will always be safe from burglary. The space itself is extremely well maintained and there is a vending machine for snacks and water overall Gemini studios is a space I enjoy spending time at every day and I highly recommend that you check this stellar spot out if you need a place to jam/practice

Gemini Studios is incredibly consistent in giving you as an artist what you need. Always well kept & 24 hour access with a great security system provides me & my band a stress free experience whenever we wish to jam. All other tenants are respectful, & Luke is super helpful & tentative if an issue ever does come up, something I’ve only experienced rarely. AC & power sources in the room are great as well.

Best Rehearsal Lockout in Orange County hands down!! I have used several rehearsal spaces in the past and this is by far the best I have had in southern California. I have been a customer of Gemini for the last 5 years and it has been nothing but a positive experience. The management, especially Luke, does a great job of keeping this place clean, safe, secure, and a fantastic 24-hour rehearsal space. Tons of security features, always working AC, plenty of power, clean bathrooms, regular building maintenance, and most of all a place to play 24/7. This place is great! They even provide handwritten Christmas cards every year. One could not ask for a better rehearsal lockout in Orange County! Finally, the best part about this place is that Luke really does care about his tenants, is always very attentive and quick to respond. Practice well!! ~Greg
