One of the best places to rehearse and film in Chicago. I worked with Scott to rent the hanger for a music video and it was just such an amazing experience, they were so easy to work with and the space is great to shoot in. Can't wait to come back!

I’ve been playing here over the past 2 years with 3 different bands, and have always had an amazing experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, scheduling is organized and available with proper notice, and the provided gear (amps, mics, drum kit) is quality and always functioning. Rates are reasonable, onsite parking lot is a huge plus, and just overall feels like they’ve got their ducks in a row. Also cool to know that some big names have come through there to rehearse before their gigs- definitely a testament to the reliability of their business. Will be coming here as long as I’m playing!

Love this place. The staff is so friendly and accommodating (shout out Erin!) and the rooms are perfectly set up with everything you need. I’ll bring in a condenser mic and ask for an extra mic stand and use that to record our sessions along with a 1/4” from the mono send on the board into my interface (2 channel Scarlett), connect that to my iPad using LogicPro (or Garage Band) and I get no interference or bleed thru from any of the other rooms. Plus it’s easy to get there. I don’t even have a car! I just hop on the Blue Line and meet the band there. The rates are very reasonable, too. 🤟🏼

Hourly room rates are such a tremendous value for folks who just wanna jam with some friends. As a casual drummer, it was nice to have a decent kit to play there for me. No dragging a kit, setting it up. High value imo
