This place is rock and roll. I was able to reconnect w bandmates I haven't seen in 11 years at a crazy cheap rate. Had a blast, the blues deluxe sounded surprisingly good for my style of playing. Reading some of the other reviews on here people are acting like overgrown children. Granted we are older so we opt to rent at 10:00 am on a Sunday and no one else was there. We were so happy to have the space. I will be back. Thank you TMR you provide a wonderful service.

Great place to rehearse for our upcoming gig at Bar 404 on 12/05/2026. The space (#6) was perfect for 6 members but would not fit more than that comfortably. I highly recommend this place! #drunkbabyrocks

Best rehearsal space in town! Clean rooms, gear that works, well maintained, the owner is extremely responsive if you have any issues. We’ve been coming here since it opened and just realized I’ve never left a review! Thanks for always having a rad place to play our mediocre tunes, Rob! 🤘

Chill spot to rehearse if a little messy, the rooms have more or less everything you'd need and are relatively quiet considering there could be acoustic drums banging in the next room over. Affordable as these things go too, and parking doesn't make you want to tear your hair out either.
