I have rented a studio from Soundstructure for two years. It's secure, in a really cool neighborhood, and is well constructed as it was built from the ground up as rehearsal spaces. It's also really cool to be in the same building as the Walnut Room - the staff is friendly and the food and drinks are great. My band and I feel really lucky to have a space here.

Update: caught maintenance guy in hallway and he checked out heat issue and fixed it! No more feeling like I'm going to pass out during practice! Expensive but nice. Only issue is heat blasts into rooms sometimes. Better than being cold I guess

Great studio space! Well constructed rooms, pretty good sound isolation, secure, all-hours access, Walnut Room discount, excellent location, parking, clean restrooms...if you can't have a home studio, Soundstructure is the next best thing.

Great practice space and well maintained. Drink specials and pizza too!
