Great space to rehearse. Easy to book. Clean and ready for when we got there. Studio C has a couple Twin 12s and a Peavey combo amp for bass. Nice acoustic drum set with cymbals, PA and mics with a wedge.

Had everything we would of needed except we shot video there so brought our own stuff. Didn't like the fact that we had to haul it all up 2 flights to be in a large room. Room smelled like cigarettes & pot & was musty. Our overall experience was good because we finished what we went there for. Prices we good for rental & we even got to extend our shoot by an hour.

Love this place. Booking is easy. Rooms are good , stink like weed, beer , sweat ,all the right elements for a good rehearsal. Extra guitar and bass just incase, and the pa boards work. Thank You to whoever runs this place

Kinda a rough exterior, but once you figure it all out, it's great... Very affordable, too...I met one of the managers,and he was very helpful... The cymbals were pretty beat up, so you probably want to bring your own...I used theirs and actually bonded with the funky tones they made.. ac was great... solid place to practice...
