Richard is such a great guy to work with. He cares deeply about us musicians, and provides everyone at Barco with the greatest gear. He is always willing to accommodate short notice requests for rehearsals, and can provide insightful feedback about your music! I recommend his studios to all the bands in the DMV that are looking for a drama-free, affordable and yet well-equipped continuous rehearsal space.

This place is easily one of the best rehearsal spaces in the DMV. Richard is extremely helpful and responsive, and they have the perfect gear for any rock/punk/indie adjacent band. Each room is outfitted with Marshall and Mesa half stacks, an Ampeg SVT bass rig, PA, and solid Yamaha drums. To the person that said the place was a "dump" - most rehearsal spaces are far worse, and this one at least has real functioning pro gear. If you are a band that needs to practice and you want to be loud with real amplifiers, then barco is for you. If you value aesthetics over gear, there are other options!

Barco Rebar is a great practice space. it's affordable, easy to get to, always parking right out front, great gear that's always set up, working and ready to go. the proprietor Richard is one of the friendliest folks around - and he'll go out of his way to be as flexible and helpful as possible if you need some extra practice times, or to switch slots or if you lock your keys in the room. Been going for almost a year, great gear across the different rooms, and Richard quickly fixes anything that is not working. Love the location close to DC too!
