Excellent rehearsal room in an interesting place. The music room is not crowded for a band of five, and the best thing is that the sound of the room is very successful and balanced. The drum kit rings well and tight, good guitar amplifiers (the Hagender and Roland Jazz Chorus are excellent, the center needs reverb. The Marshall amplifier - so-so) The studio area is usually quiet in the evenings, and there is no parking problem. The only downside to the room is that they don't really keep to the hours here. It happened that we scheduled it for 7 pm and at 7 pm the band in front just needs to "finish playing the song" and since this is a progressive speed metal saga, they will finish playing at 7:05 pm, and then they will just start to fold.
