We've been using PianoPiano’s facilities for both group and private piano and violin lessons, and it’s been a wonderful experience! The space is clean, well-equipped, and the pianos are great. There’s plenty of room for class activities, especially for younger students, and a comfortable waiting area for parents. We recently held our student piano recital there, and everything went smoothly, the space worked beautifully for the event. The staff is always friendly, responsive, and easy to work with, and the booking process is simple and flexible. We're so glad to have found such a supportive and professional environment for our teaching!

Very disappointing experience. We reserved a piano room from 3–4 PM, but the previous user did not leave on time and reacted aggressively when we knocked. My child was intimidated right before an important performance. The room was not available until after 3:03, and staff did not effectively resolve the situation. This kind of behavior and lack of management oversight is unacceptable. I also reached out to the manager but have not received any response, which gives the impression that this business does not take customer concerns seriously.

We’ve been using PianoPiano for the past three years during our trips to NYC for Carnegie Hall recitals. Great pianos, friendly staff, and a reliable space for rehearsals—always a smooth experience!

Very friendly manager. Didn't charge extra fees for changing my appointment twice, very appreciated. I booked the Joplin/Shakar Piano room for 2 hours on two separate days, and they are very well maintained. Its touch and sound projection left me very satisfied. The only thing I should note is that our door doesn't fully close. Other than that, it is a great place to stop by and practice piano.
