I absolutely do not recommend this place! It does not appear to be a well-maintained studio. The piano was out of tune, making it difficult to practice effectively. I paid extra to use a Steinway & Sons piano in hopes of better sound quality, but the instrument's condition did not justify the higher price. The room was not cleaned—there was visible dust—and the piano keys were sticky; they wouldn't press down properly or spring back up. Although I had a reservation, the staff did not actively manage the booking process; I had to wait for the previous user to finish and check the time myself before I could start my session. The staff was far from friendly; their attitude was purely transactional yet lacked professionalism.

We've been using PianoPiano’s facilities for both group and private piano and violin lessons, and it’s been a wonderful experience! The space is clean, well-equipped, and the pianos are great. There’s plenty of room for class activities, especially for younger students, and a comfortable waiting area for parents. We recently held our student piano recital there, and everything went smoothly, the space worked beautifully for the event. The staff is always friendly, responsive, and easy to work with, and the booking process is simple and flexible. We're so glad to have found such a supportive and professional environment for our teaching!

Very disappointing experience. We reserved a piano room from 3–4 PM, but the previous user did not leave on time and reacted aggressively when we knocked. My child was intimidated right before an important performance. The room was not available until after 3:03, and staff did not effectively resolve the situation. This kind of behavior and lack of management oversight is unacceptable. I also reached out to the manager but have not received any response, which gives the impression that this business does not take customer concerns seriously.

We’ve been using PianoPiano for the past three years during our trips to NYC for Carnegie Hall recitals. Great pianos, friendly staff, and a reliable space for rehearsals—always a smooth experience!
