Some rooms better than others. Overall highly reliable and great vibe. Can typically get our sound dialed in quite nicely. Easy to rent/borrow extra mics and even a bass guitar when our players was in the shop.

There aren’t a lot of studio rehearsal spaces in lower Manhattan, so we were forced to try this one. The equipment is awful — we spend the first 15-20 mins trying to get the amps to work. And as others have noted, the guy at the front desk is really rude and weirdly hostile. He should chill out. We maybe would’ve tolerated the shitty equipment if not for him being a jerk when we asked for help. We’re moving to a rehearsal space in Brooklyn.

Favorite rehearsal studio in NYC! Great gear and facilities. Toby at the front desk is super kind and helpful. My go-to spot for rehearsing with bands of any size.
