The studio has a very poor sound isolation. The owner of the studio rents out the studio so that people play there after midnight. That is not ok for a residential area. Im sure the studio provides great services, but it is so disappointing that they don’t think about anybody else and allow renters to make crazy noise after 11pm in a residential area.
