Small, two-room practice space for bands. Has a good drum set, a few amplifiers, and a PA system in the main room. Rental is 10$/hour which is pretty expensive relatively speaking. The rooms are fairly soundproof, but worn down on the inside. Basically, you won't be filming your beautiful live music video for your band here. The rooms have big windows though, so that's a plus!
