Getting beta access

What it is

TuneUp is currently in a free closed beta. Signing in works for everyone, but using the app requires your email to be approved. Until then you're on the waitlist.

Requesting access

1. Open the Request access page (tuneup.band/request-access), or just sign in: unapproved accounts are sent there automatically.
2. Pick your role: musician or room owner.
3. Fill in your details:
   • Musicians: email, name, city, what you're here for (have a band / casual jams / looking for a band), and your instrument.
   • Room owners: email, name, the name of your room or venue, a contact phone, and a short note on how we can tell the room is yours.
4. Tap Request beta access. You'll see a confirmation that you're on the list.

We'll email you the moment your access is approved.

While you wait

If you sign in before being approved, you'll see the waitlist page with the email you signed in as. Double-check it's the same address you requested access with: a different Google account is the most common reason access "doesn't work."

Tips

• If a band admin invites you by email, that invite can approve your access automatically: just sign in with the invited address.
• Approved room owners land straight in the operator portal on their next sign-in.
