Terms of Service
The agreement between you and TuneUp while you use the app and this site.
Last updated: June 16, 2026
By creating an account or using TuneUp, you agree to these terms. TuneUp is currently a free closed beta, so some features may change, break, or move.
Using TuneUp
You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information. You’re responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.
During the beta, TuneUp is provided free of charge. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll tell you clearly before anything you use starts to cost money.
Your content
You keep ownership of the bands, setlists, messages, and recordings you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, display, and process that content so the features work — including processing your audio through the third-party AI providers you select for stem separation or remastering (see our Privacy Policy). We don’t use your recordings to train AI.
You confirm you have the rights to the audio you upload. You’re responsible for material you don’t own — for example, recording a cover captures your performance but doesn’t grant you rights to the underlying song. Don’t upload anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing; we may remove infringing content and act on takedown notices.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no spamming, scraping, reverse-engineering, attempting to break security, or harassing other musicians or rooms.
We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
Bookings & rehearsal rooms
TuneUp helps bands and rooms connect and schedule. Today, payment is handled at the room — TuneUp is not a party to that transaction. Rooms set their own prices, hours, and policies.
Beta disclaimer
TuneUp is provided “as is” during the beta, without warranties of any kind. Features may be incomplete and downtime can happen. Keep your own backup of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, TuneUp isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the beta. Nothing here limits rights you can’t waive under your local law.
Ending your use
You can stop using TuneUp and delete your account at any time. We may end or change the beta, with notice where reasonable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction — except where your local consumer law gives you a mandatory right to your own courts.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms as TuneUp evolves; continued use means you accept the update. Questions? Email hello@tuneup.band.
