Signing in and creating an account

What it is

TuneUp accounts work with Google, Apple, or a classic email and password. One account works everywhere: the app, the room-owner portal, and any device you sign in from.

Steps

1. Go to the sign-in page (tap Sign in anywhere on the site, or open tuneup.band/login).
2. At the top, pick who you are: I'm a player or I'm a room owner. Players land on their dashboard after signing in; room owners land in the operator portal.
3. Choose a method:
   • Continue with Google
   • Continue with Apple
   • Or scroll to "or sign in with email" and enter your email and password.
4. New here? Tap Sign up at the bottom and create an account with your email (passwords need at least 8 characters), then tap Create account. You may be asked to confirm your email: check your inbox for the confirmation link.

Forgot your password?

1. On the sign-in page, tap Forgot password?.
2. Enter your email and tap Send reset link.
3. Open the email, follow the link, and set a New password (at least 8 characters, entered twice).
4. Tap Update password. You'll be signed in and taken to your dashboard.

Tips

• Remember me is on by default, so you stay signed in on your own device.
• Signing in with Google always shows the account chooser, handy if you have more than one Google account. Make sure you pick the one your beta access was approved for.
• Creating an account means you agree to the Terms, Privacy, and Copyright policies (linked under the sign-up button).
