Book a rehearsal room

What it is

Rehearsal rooms on TuneUp have real pages (photos, gear, opening hours, prices, reviews), and you can book them right from the app. Payment happens at the room; no card is needed to reserve.

Finding a room

• Search → Rooms scope: rooms near you on the map, with starting prices.
• While planning a session, pick Find & book a room.
• Browse the public rooms directory, or open a room's page link directly.

Steps

1. Open the room's page and tap Book now (rooms with instant booking) or Request to book.
2. Pick a date and a time slot that fits the room's hours.
3. Add gear rentals if you need them (each adds its rental fee).
4. Review the summary (the total is paid at the room) and confirm.

• Instant-book rooms: "Booking confirmed!" You're done; find it in your sessions.
• Request rooms: "Request sent," the room reviews and confirms; you'll get a notification either way and can track it in your sessions.

After booking

Your booking attaches to a band session, with the price split per player, directions, the room's gear, and your check-in QR pass. See Your booking pass and check-in.

Good to know

• Booking a room from Search automatically plans a session for your band at that room.
• Some rooms aren't bookable yet ("Not bookable through TuneUp yet"): they haven't been claimed by their owner. You can still see their info and contact them directly.
