Your booking pass and check-in

What it is

Every confirmed room booking comes with a QR pass: a tamper-proof code tied to your session and confirmation number. It's your proof of booking when you arrive.

Where to find it

• On the session page, over the When & where card.
• On the confirmation screen right after booking.
• In your booking confirmation email.
• As an Apple/Google Wallet pass when available: it surfaces on your lock screen at the right time and place.

Checking in

When you arrive, the room's staff scan your QR (or simply tap your band in their day list). That's it: no clipboard, no phone calls.

The pass itself is safe to share with your bandmates: scanning it does nothing unless the scanner is the room's verified owner. Anyone else just sees a sign-in wall.
