Claim your room

What it is

If you run a rehearsal room, claiming it on TuneUp gives you, free, a polished public page at a shareable link, a bookings inbox, and QR check-in. Bands discover you, request times, and arrive ready to play.

Steps

1. Sign in (choose I'm a room owner on the sign-in page) and go to Claim a room in the portal, or start from tuneup.band/for-rooms → Claim your room.
2. Search for your room by name or city. Many rooms are already listed; yours probably is. If a room page shows "Is this your room?", that link brings you here too.
3. Tap Claim next to your room. If it's unclaimed you'll be asked for a contact phone and a short note on how we can tell it's yours.
4. Verify ownership:
   • Instant: verify with an email at your room's website domain (e.g. info@yourstudio.com): tap Email me a code, enter the 6-digit code, done.
   • By phone: receive a one-time code at the room's public number (over WhatsApp where available).
   • Otherwise: submit a photo as evidence, or wait for our quick manual review (we may call the number you left).

Once verified, the portal unlocks and your room is yours to manage.

Claiming, your page, the bookings inbox, and check-in are all free. Bands pay you at the room today; card payments through TuneUp are coming.
