Bookings and check-in

The bookings inbox

Bands request times from your room page or inside the app. Each request lands in Bookings (and on your Overview under "Needs your attention") showing the real band name, the slot, and the price.

• Tap ✓ to accept or ✕ to decline: either way the band is notified instantly, and you get a few seconds to Undo.
• Tabs keep things tidy: Requests, Upcoming, Past.
• With Auto-confirm on (room settings), requests skip the inbox and confirm themselves.
• Walk-in or phone booking? Use New booking to add it yourself.

Check-in day list

Check-ins shows today's accepted bookings in order, with a running "3/5 in" counter:

• Tap Check in on a band as they arrive (with an Undo toast).
• A booking whose slot started with nobody in gets flagged, so you can chase or mark the no-show.

Scanning passes

Every band arrives with a QR booking pass. Tap Scan a pass, point the camera, and the matching booking checks in on the spot. Wrong-day passes are rejected ("This pass isn't for today"). Only you, the room's verified manager, can check bands in; the QR is useless to anyone else.

Getting paid

In today's facilitator mode the band pays you at the room, and the Payments page tracks collected, outstanding, and upcoming amounts. Card payments through TuneUp are coming.
