The operator portal
What it is
The portal (tuneup.band/portal) is mission control for your rooms. It's desktop-first, with mobile tabs for the essentials. The sidebar:
- Overview: this week at a glance: pending requests with inline Accept / Decline (and an Undo), KPI cards (bookings, revenue, occupancy, hours), a schedule grid across your studios, recent activity, and quick actions.
- Calendar: agenda, day, week, month, and year views of everything booked. Your weekly hours and blocked dates live here and in the room editor.
- Bookings: the inbox: Requests / Upcoming / Past, each request showing the real band name, slot, and price. Plus an all-bookings table, and a New booking button for walk-ins and phone bookings.
- Customers: every band that's played with you: visits, first/last seen, total spend, contact details.
- Payments: collected to date, this month, outstanding, and upcoming expected. See payments below.
- Check-ins: today's arrivals; see Bookings & check-in.
- Inbox: WhatsApp conversations your booking bot handed off to you (when WhatsApp is connected).
- Reports: utilization and revenue trends across your rooms.
- Studios: each place you manage, its publish status, photos, and per-studio details.
- Integrations: see Integrations.
- Settings: contact details, payment mode, importing existing bookings.
Payments today
TuneUp currently runs in facilitator mode: bands pay you directly at the room, and TuneUp tracks the totals. Collecting payments through TuneUp (marketplace mode, with payouts and invoices) is coming; you can request access from Settings. Already have a Dejavoo terminal or Green Invoice? Those integrations work today.
