Your free room website
What it is
Every claimed room gets a public page at tuneup.band/r/your-room: a real website with your branding (pick a template and accent color), your photos, gear, hours, and a booking button. Share the link anywhere: Instagram bio, WhatsApp, your own site. TuneUp appears only as a quiet "Powered by TuneUp" footer.
Setting it up
Open your studio in the portal to edit the room profile:
- Already have a website? Paste its URL and Import: TuneUp pulls your description, photos, price, and gear as a starting point. You edit everything before publishing.
- Basics: name, description, photos (the first is your cover; tap Make cover to change), price per hour, slot length, capacity, area.
- Gear & amenities: structured backline entries (name, brand, quantity) plus amenities.
- Rules & pricing: cancellation policy, weekend/peak surcharge (pick the days), and specific-date prices for holidays.
- Rooms within your studio: add each bookable space with its own photos and price.
- Booking behavior: Auto-confirm bookings on (requests accepted instantly, "Instant booking" shows on your page) or off (you approve each request).
- Published: the master switch. On, your page is live and your room appears when bands search for a place to rehearse.
Hit Save changes as you go. Your page's sections can be reordered or hidden to taste.
What bands see
Your public page shows the hero and highlights ("Instant booking" / "Quick to confirm", slot length, capacity, "Pay at the room"), about, gear, rooms, opening hours, reviews (TuneUp + Google), your host card, a map with directions, your cancellation policy, and the booking widget.
